1. No Return Policy (General)
Most electronic components sold on Store4Robo are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
Product has been used, tested, soldered, or installed
Product is burnt, broken, damaged, or modified
Wrong product ordered by the customer
Issue caused due to incorrect wiring, voltage, or misuse
Project or application failure
2. Return Eligibility (Only Valid Case)
A return or replacement request will be accepted ONLY IF:
The product is received in physically damaged condition, OR
The wrong item is delivered
3. Return Time Limit
Any return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this time period will not be accepted.
4. Proof Required
To raise a return request, the customer must provide:
Clear photos or unboxing video
Images showing physical damage or incorrect product
Without proper proof, the return request may be rejected.
5. Replacement Policy
If approved, we will replace the product, subject to stock availability.
Replacement processing time may vary.
No cash refund will be provided for electronic items.
6. Refund Policy (Rare Case)
Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
